The Project Partners management team is comprised of
technology executives who have worked together to deliver success in the
past, have a passion for project management, and share this common
value: We are not satisfied until our customer is delighted.
Randy Egger, President and Founder
As President and founder of Project Partners, LLC, Randy Egger has a
broad vision for project-centric companies. Randy orchestrates elegant
business solutions for Project Partners' clients worldwide. During
Randy's 12 years at Oracle Corporation, his primary responsibilities
centered around the formation of project accounting systems. Randy
worked with many companies in diverse industries and disciplines as he
developed an unmatched understanding of two operational worlds:
financial accounting and project management. In 1988, he designed
and developed an internal system that helped manage Oracle's consulting
organization. Two years later, Randy moved into Application Product
Development where, as chief architect, he spearheaded what is now known
as the Oracle Projects® suite of
E-Business Applications. Randy is known as the "Father of Oracle
Projects" and is widely regarded as the expert source for project
solutions.
Kimberly McDonald Baker, Vice President, Sales and
Marketing Kimberly McDonald Baker has over 20 successful years of
high-technology management experience. Kimberly served as Vice President
of Marketing for CyberCTI Corporation, a net-native collaborative
communications start-up. Previously Kimberly was Vice President of
Marketing for Isix Software Corporation, where she was responsible for
all aspects of marketing and product management. Prior to Isix Software,
Kimberly spent six years at Oracle Corporation, most recently serving as
Senior Product Director for Oracle's Projects and Professional Services
Automation product families, where she launched six new products and
grew revenue 9,900%. Prior to joining Oracle, Kimberly managed high
technology projects and ERP system functional design at other leading-edge firms
such as PRC Inc., now Northrop Grumman IT. Kimberly is responsible
for sales, marketing and alliances at Project Partners.
Neeraj Garg, Vice President,
Product Development
Neeraj Garg offers our customers a deep understanding of the
architecture of project applications and the business model of operating
on a project basis. He gained this experience in Oracle Development
where he spent over 12 years building and enhancing the Oracle Projects
suite of applications. His extensive interaction with customers in
commercial industries such as Aerospace & Defense, Construction,
Engineering, Professional Services, Telecom, and government entities
such as the Department of Transportation and Department of Defense, has
given him a unique view into their business problems. Most recently at
Oracle, Neeraj directed the Product Management team for Oracle Projects
in the requirements, analysis and design for Family Pack M (R11.5.10 M)
while acting as the chief architect for this release. At Project
Partners, Neeraj manages Project Partners' Product Development and engages with many of our clients in an expert advisory
capacity.
Paul Grice, Vice President,
Client Services
A co-founder of Project Partners, Paul
Grice has unsurpassed experience implementing the Oracle Projects suite
and Project Partners’ products. He has spent the past 25
years focused on the success of project related solutions for a wide
variety of industries, including Construction, Engineering, Legal,
Medical and Natural Resources. Paul’s functional and technical
knowledge, coupled with excellent project management skills, empowers
him to successfully manage the largest and most complex engagements.
Paul is frequently called upon to provide recommendations and solutions
for business process changes during product implementations as they
pertain to current business practices within the client company. Paul
leads
engagements that include full product implementation, gap analysis, upgrade
and conversion strategies, integration with legacy systems or third
party software, and user training. Paul brings to
our clients more than 30 years of application knowledge, analysis and
business process design skills, and multi-national implementation
expertise.
Tamim Kulaly, PMP, Vice
President, Project Portfolio Management Services Tamim Kulaly
has over 12 years of experience implementing complex project-centric IT
solutions for clients worldwide. He has served as Solution Architect for
several large implementations and provided bi-directional integration
solutions for all major ERP systems, including Oracle, JD Edwards,
PeopleSoft, and SAP, in each case tailoring the solutions to fit the
client’s complex business requirements. Tamim’s broad project management
expertise enables him to view solutions from the unique and vastly
differing perspectives of the many constituencies using applications
within an enterprise, and to deliver a custom solution that precisely
addresses each constituency’s needs. As Vice President of Project
Portfolio Management Services, Tamim leads the team of PPM professionals
who deliver a best-practices project management solution involving
leading project planning and scheduling systems and integration to
clients’ existing ERP packages. Additionally his team helps our clients
develop their Project Management Offices and improve the project
management maturity within their organizations. Tamim holds a Project
Management Professional (PMP) designation.
