With the help of Project Partners, FICO implemented a new ETC process. Our initial goal was to obtain our ROI in 2 quarters - I am happy to announce that we have achieved our ROI within the first three months of execution. The FICO process is extremely complex and Project Partners User Interface Applications have saved the entire company time and labor costs. I would personally like to thank the individuals of Project Partners for the successful implementation and look forward to working with them on our Phase 2 enhancements.

Project Partners User Interface provides Project Managers with an easy Microsoft® Excel interface to the Oracle Projects suite of applications. Project Partners User Interface can replace up to 20 Oracle forms with one role-based Microsoft Excel workbook. Additionally, users can connect to Oracle using Excel, download data, and then work offline on the Excel workbook, reconnecting later to Oracle to synchronize the updates made offline with the Oracle database.

Project Partners’ pre-defined Oracle-integrated workbooks are oriented to users who need to create tasks and budgets, and those who perform forecasting. The workbooks are designed to address the needs of users in the Professional Services and Engineering & Construction industries. The project management functions within the workbooks can be easily adapted for project managers in any industry using simple configuration options in conjunction with a flexible customization framework, allowing your IT group to adapt the sheets to your specific business process.

Project Partners User Interface is certified with the Oracle E-Business Suite Applications R11.5 and R12 technology stacks. It leverages the business logic in Oracle public APIs to perform validations, update the Oracle schema, invoke workflows, and more. Project Partners User Interface uses the standard Oracle Applications security model for authentication and security, and provides a login approach that is consistent with Oracle Applications in the enterprise.
Users can connect to Oracle using Excel, download data, and then work offline on the Excel workbook. Later they can re-connect to Oracle and synchronize the updates made in Excel with the Oracle database.
