Project Partners has been helping clients plan upgrades to Release 12 of Oracle® E-Business Suite Applications since 2008 and has completed several successful Release 12 upgrades for project-centric organiztions.

Oracle Applications Release 12 is now stable and the current and pending releases provide new functionality within the Oracle Projects Suite, so we strongly encourage project-driven firms to upgrade and take advantage of the new features.

Until release 12.1.1, Oracle Projects has not been a perfect fit for Federal requirements. With 12.1.1, Budgetary accounting entries can be created for all expenditures in Projects, allowing relief of your encumbrance entries. Now, Federal budgetary entries can be made for revenue, which are required for revenue accounting. These entries were designed with FASB compliance in mind.
