Improved Federal Accounting with Oracle Projects Release 12.1.1

Until release 12.1.1, Oracle Projects has not been a perfect fit for Federal requirements. With 12.1.1, Budgetary accounting entries can be created for all expenditures in Projects, allowing relief of your encumbrance entries.
